Description
TC35 from the power supply module (ASIC), flash memory, ZIF connector, antenna connector of 6 parts. TC35 baseband processor as the main processing core of the terminal within the GSM voice and data signals, and cellular radio equipment covering all the analog and digital functions.
Hardware Description
(1).STC89Cxx, the highest frequency up to 90MHz, these chip FLASH program memory 4K, 8K or so chip EEROM, 512B-1208B-chip RAM, 36 IO port.
(2).TC35 module, the integration of the standard RS232 interface and SIM card.
(3).1 LED: a power indicator.
(4).LM2941 4.2V power supply IC.
(5).ISP interface (for program download, serial monitor).
(6).RS232 interface to ISP: support for serial debug
(7).12V DC power input with power indicator
(8).8 LED LED indication
(9).on-board microphone, handset interface, connected to the microphone, the handset can be achieved after the voice call .
(10).On-board digital temperature sensor DS18B20 interface, the user can be programmed temperature value of the wireless transmission applications.
(11).16-channel digital output, which then relay control output 8, and the other 8 TTL-level output for user extensions. (Relay Control Load: 250V/10A)
