- SuperBOT H16 is an automated IC programming equipment, with high cost-effective, designed for manufacturing large-scale electronics. It uses Industrial Personal Computer (with control card inside), servo system and vision system mode to locate fast and accurately and finish chip capture, placement, programming, and packaging automatically instead of traditional manual operation. It not only improves the production efficiency greatly, but also eliminates man-made error during IC programming process. Device Transmission system uses high-speed and high-reliable design. Internal programmer is SUPERPRO 5000, which is a latest, high-speed and intelligent universal programmer of Xeltek. Each module can burning chips completely independently, So its efficiency is much higher than parallel-production programmer. The equipment support package chips such as PLCC, JLCC, SOIC, QFP, TQFP, PQFP, VQFP, TSOP, SOP, TSOPII, PSOP, TSSOP, SON, EBGA, FBGA, VFBGA, BGA, etc. Its advantage also includes Modularizing design of system, short switching time, and high reliability.
- IC packaging supports standard tray (TRAY) and Tape (TAPE) input and output. The standard number of Programming module is 4, and the optional number is 16.

Tape-in Device : An input device for tapes with IC packaging. It must be modified for custom IC size.
Tape-out Device : An output device for tapes with IC packaging. It handles tape widths of 12mm to 40mm. The tape can be air-pressed or heat-sealed. - Assistant Control
